Blend Door Replacement - I Did It!!!!
After over 8 hours of work, I finally replaced my blender door!!! What a PITA, especially trying to move the air duct, which is next to impossible to do. I had to use my dremel tool and cut away at it so I could unscrew the actuator. I used the metal door from HeaterTreater. The actuator was already working, so I didn't replace it, although if it does go bad, it shouldn't be hard to replace it. Also, you don't have to remove the center console!!!!! I just remove the plastic shroud that cover the vent ducts. That cost me almost 2 hours of work, and there are other screws within the console that instructions do not tell you. However, if you have the patience, you can do it. Now I have an additional $900 dollars for the holidays!!!!
