So I finally finished a center flo through console install where there was once a jump seat. for those looking to do this project, please read on;
-Purchased console from ebay, from wrecked truck
-Didn't come with all necessary parts, surprise!!
-Bought all necessary parts from local dealer, negotiated price reduction
-Cost around $1,080 for the console, another $3-400 from dealer
-Remove seats to give yourself room to move and work. Need to remove seat to install console anyway, just take them out. 19mm and 17mm sockets I believe.
-There is a plug for the power inverter and power port, unless you have a XL, then I'm not sure.
-Will need a front, center and rear bracket if not included in your purchase.
-Best way to do this is an in person swap. That way, you will have all the parts
-You don't have to hook up the air ducts in the console. There are floor vents in all our trucks. I choose to to this.
-To make this connection, there are 2 connection ducts that span from console to airbox in the dash.
-cut opening in the airbox with utility knife, dremel or whatever floats your boat. It's thin plastic.
-Don't worry about being precise. A little air escaping here will only heat/cool the underside of your console. That cant be a bad thing.
-I added a fuse box in the secret spot under cup-holders so adding power connections would be easy. 1 run to the battery, 1 run to a ground.
-I installed my Ride-Rite air bag control switch and gauge to the drivers side pocket.
-Front bracket will require you to cut your carpet a little bit to install this bracket.
I am very happy with the project and I think its worth the $$
Forgive my ignorance, but I'm unclear what you actually did here. Your truck came with the factory "bench" front seat, and you replaced the middle with a center console?
Nice. I like the fuse panel and my air gauge is in the same spot.
I've always wanted some kind of centrally located power panel. I look at the fuse panel for my house and think "why can't we have a small version of this in our trucks? Just run hot and ground, have breakers, and be done with it."

Either way, reps sent!
Thanx, As Russ said, I had the center jump seat and replaced it with the Center console.
Yea the central fuse panel is B/C I was tired of trying to hook wires into the BCM.
