BW 1356 Question

it will shift in to 4 hi (manual) no problem. When I try to go in to 4 lo it grinds real bad. Then going from nuetral back to 4 hi it will grind again. Is this normal, I know it dosent have syncros so some grinding is normal, but im just not sure if I should try to force it in to 4 lo or not.

have you tired this on dirt to null out the highway preload?

I actually got it figured out, I think. I dosent grind any more, but it wont stay in 4 lo now, i will pop out.
