heat question
On my 06 in the mornings i go out and start the truck now that its cold. I set my controls on defrost and it blows out the vents. It will finally go to defrost when i move it from off to defrost a couple of times. Are these things vaccum controlled? And how come i get in my truck lest it run about 5 mins and the gas hand drops tremendously? And ideas on these 2 questions?

dont know about the vents, but i had a 99 explorer and the gas needle wouldnt drop when driving around, but next time i fired it up it would drop, very annoying, i was told it was the float in the tank sticking
