Sounds like some positive job news Jerry! Hey, is there any kind of paid-education/training programs being offered for folks that have been recently layed-off? I would think the unemployment office should be able to tell you about that stuff. I just know from reading news stories about lay-offs, they usually mention the training programs to help get people working in different areas.
You would think CDL training would be a good one since the transportation industry is always looking for qualified people.
yea one would think. the pain in the but is that there isnt any student loans that will allow for it, but there is a program for veterans like myself that may qualify. I need to check into it more but n a way im kinda curious about what my old job has to say and about this new one that i find out about friday. we shal have to wait and see. well im off for now, talk to everyone later
