351W Torque Specs

351W Torque Specs
I got a 74 351W bored .040 over with 69 Heads. What should the heads be torque to? I have 2 repair manuals and they show different specs. Found on line source stated 90-100 lbs.
Also need torque specs for the rocker arms. Book also says to have number 1 cylinder at top dead center and then torque in sequence.
