Y- Pipe Boots
Anyone know the size of the Y- pipe boots??? I looked on intakehoses.com but im not sure what size they are

For the stock Y pipe they are 2" ID.

not to hijack but what about if yuo have an intercooler and are using 99' spider?

for the Early 99 spider is: 2 x 2 3/8", but you can use 2 x 2 1/2".

the right ones are not hard to find....the dealers sell them.... they are just pricy.

they will fit but you have to make sure the seal is really good. hose clamps do the job ok but it may squish the boot a little. as long as the boost stays in then you are good to go.

They do have to be cut down some. About 1/2 inch on each side of each boot. I am running them on mine with no problems so far.

coon would you mind if i came up and look at your set up when i'm home for thanksgiving break? I'll be home the 22nd to 30th. I've looked at a bunch of picts but its not quite the same as seeing it in person. And anyway it a good excuse to actually meet

I just had mine replaced from ford and they gave me both for just under 80 dolllars i think they were about 35 a piece
