Took the truck into Ford, been having what I guess is a turbo fart issue, chug, chug, chug, going up steeper inclines around 2400 rpms. Tech found a code, 132b...I could not find it in the tech folder addressing diagnostic codes. He told me it had to do with trouble relearning a new strategy, to get the truck hot and let it idle for 15 minutes and that should correct it.
Thanks Power Stroke, quite a procedure. I am heading into town tomorrow to see if their idle idea worked.
Never had 0617e code, but did have EGR valve and MAP sensor replaced about 10k miles ago under warranty. They had to do some relearning stuff then with VGT, not sure if that is related to the current issue.
0617E is a recall that could have/should have been done on your truck at some point. Regardless, if you had anything done that required a turbo relearn (which it appears you did) and the turbo relearn failed to mature it can cause the P132B. If this is the case, you will need to take it back to the dealer as just driving it will not fix it...
