I removed the pan and found a portion of the dipstick sitting at the bottom....from the end to the full mark or so....can't imagine how that fell off/snapped but it must have been bent at one time and the oil movement in the pan / vibrations eventually snapped it off. Crazy....
I can't seem to find one, curious if there is one that could be modified easily or works as is....such as a flathead or 262 or even from the I6-300 ?
I could fab one but looking for immediate gratification if possible.
I do have one and looking at my parts book it is different than the V8.
p/n EAG-6750-B, NumberDummy might be able to tell you if that fits anything else car or truck wise.
The one I have is a little rusty on the handle but looks like it will clean up. I will see if I can clean it up some on Friday.
If you want the one I have, PM me your info and I will try to get it mailed to you this weekend. Just pay for postage and toss me a couple of bucks.
