So just had to replace both batteries and i was looking in the book for which one to get for my truck. It said 65S or whatever...well above 32 crank AMP is 850 and below is 700...Will 700 be enough to cold crank? I live in texas it doesnt get to much below 32 very often
I just replaced both of mine with Duralast (I think, from Autozone). The stockers were 700 these are 975. Had to put a new battery in the camper too. Must be my month for batteries.
Is anyone using Optima batteries? i was thinking of using them when i go to replace mine
Save your $ and get Bosch Batteries. They are half the price and have more amps, longer reserve capacity, and far greater warranty. They sell them at Pep Boys.

I've never been a fan of bosch's I've always had bad luck with them. They do have a good warranty though.
I stick it the interstates. They are warranty'd for 3 years and pro rated for 5 I believe.
I would avoid the neverstarts. If at all possible.
