16" duals

Just got a 1979 F-350 dually. The wheels are the Bud style split rims, only thing is on some the ring is solid piece and some have a slit ring. Are they the interchangeable, or should I keep them separate. One mor question, can I run LT245R85:16 or stay with 7:50X16 bias tires?

I would change those out asap. most tire shops won't touch split's anymore, and the split ring ones you are talking about are illegal in most states now. There is a truck in a yard up here that has standard 16" dually rims on it- want em?

What year truck are they off of? I have a 1965 f-350 dually that I am totally restoring and could use a couple if they are in real good condition. thanks
