Shift kit or valvebody

What do you guys recommend? will have my tranny rebuilt in about a week.

on E4OD's the shift kit is a valve body...... its actually called an accumulator body. you dont replace the traditional valve body on our trucks to improve the shifts. the base shift kit is just replaceing the springs or drilling holes in the accumulaotr body
