power stroke WONT START!!!

my 96 power stroke completly stoped running after i put the ipr rebuild kit on it. it was running before but smoked horribly and ran like crap and very hard to start after it warmed up. its getting feul to the filter but it seems feul aint getting through the enjectors. i tried cleaning that little screen on the side of the filter bowl. when rebuilding the ipr i noticed that on the sensor i had to take of the two wires were melted together so i cut them apart and taped them away from each other. any help would be apprecieted.

Did you refill the resevoir ?...

yes the resivior is full 2 the top. it just turns over with no signs of even thinking of starting

Double check the wiring , the fuses & the plug on the IPR itself........

i checked all the wiring is plugged in what fuses would those wires tie in to i checked them all but maybe i overlooked something to me it seems like my injectors arnt opening or something. could my lines have air in them REALLY bad keeping it from priming? i tried bleeding hrough the little valve looks like a tire vealve stem but no fuel came out of it any help would be appriciated i havent gotten to use this truck in a wile and i never can seem to fix it.
