Man, the best and probably only advice I can give you would be to do a search and perhaps find a thread from another site through Google. Type in "5.8 turbo" and various versions of that and see what you can come up with.
This is a list of parts I found from doing a "How to Turbo" search on Google.
"Mandatory:
-Turbo (duh)
-Turbo exhaust manifold
-Turbo piping
-Boost Controller
-Intercooler (possible to turbo without it, but you're going to be slow)
-ECU tune
-Fuel injectors
-Fuel pump
-Blow-off Valve (BOV) or Bypass valve (much harder to plumb, but more efficient)
-Oil temperature, water temperature, boost, air/fuel, and fuel pressure gauges
-Cooling fans and/or radiator
-Colder spark plugs (1 or 2 heat ranges colder than stock)
thats awesome that'll help alot thanks. i just put a 6" Fab Tech lift and 35's on and tried a hypertech max power tuner all it did was change shift points but whick helped but wasn't worth my 400 bucks so im starvin for power. i think a turbo would give it the jam im lookin for
