Nice, Did you use mild steel? I've been wanting to make one for min for a while. Nice truck too btw. And how did you attach it? This is the one i want to make.. Ford F250 Powerstroke Baja Truck - Diesel Power Magazine

I did use mild steel. The light bar on that link is pretty cool. i wanted a skid plate but couldn't work it in right. When I bought the truck it actually had those baja tires on it, 37"s. made my truck look BIG. I see they have dual steering stabilizers, I have only seen that on F350's.
I have broken lights and a windshield before by hitting tree and bush branches, so I wanted the extra bar over my lights. Also their bar curves around the bumper. That's great for going forward, but when you back up it catches on things. Plus it's more difficult to fab.
I mounted my lightbar to the bumper mounts. 4 bolts next to the tow hooks.
3" x 4" plate, then welded another plate at a right angle and up to the cross tubing. laid out the mount with cardboard templates before I cut any steel.
