i got these codes on my 05 e450 with 47k mi...van wouldnt idle at all...looked around and a vaccum hose to the throttle body was completely disconnected...the van was at a dealer not to long ago...is there any possiblity that this hose had some help coming off?

this one poped right on...we might be thinking of a different hose or its a different setup on a econoline...i have to take the dog house off to get a better look to see if mine is damaged or something...i just cant see it just coming off by itself
