1999 Windstar P1451
I have a 99' Windstar w/3.8L vin 4, to start out; no start and a P1451 dtc. there was no fuel psi. i install a new fuel pump. the van now runs but a p1451. i have 12v @ the canister valve and all hoses appear good @ the valve and under the van. i have installed a new valve but the dtc p1451 has returned. i can not find a wiring diagram to assist me. dose anyone have any suggestions?
