Shudder while down shifting.
My truck shudders while down shifting in 2nd or 3rd while moving less than 35 mph or so. Also it sometimes vibrates or shudders while coasting around 20 to 30 mph, but only sometimes. And it seems to happen after the truck has gone a 1/2 mile or so, like something needs to warm up before it happens. My first thought was clutch but it works perfectly otherwise. I just changed my rear diff fluid and added the friction fluid for the limited slip and that changed nothing. ive checked through the u-joints and they seem tight. Is there something else i am missing? Has anyone had any trouble like this before.
My truck is a 2003 F350 with the 6spd manual, 76,000 miles and mostly stock, exept for a leveling kit and 315-75-r16 toyo mts. Any thoughts would be greatly appreiciated. Thanks
Did i do something wrong? Now i have vibration while rolling/coasting around 30mph all the time. Does anybody have any ideas, i am out of ideas and have checked all that i can and am worried that i am going to have big problems if i dont figure this out. Thanks for any input you might have.
