runs rough pops codes
Truck is a 96 F150 5.0/E4OD 2wd with 304,000 original miles. It has run great since I bought it about 7 years ago with 153,000 but lately it has been giving me some trouble. It idles very rough and erratic when I start it cold and once it warms up it surges foward at lights with your foots on the brake like it has a huge cam in it. The codes that immediatly come up after I clear them are 414 and 1400.
I just replaced the o2 sensors that go into the manifolds and the full tune-up is recent. I have been told that the ecm is bad but I would like to be fairly sure before I replace it. Thanks for your time.
