hey guys been awhile but i need help i think i slung a flywheel weight racing a 06 4.6 F-150 ne ways it vibrates pretty bad when in park and half as much when in drive with my foot on the brake but you cant feel it goin dow the road and runs real good ,like always (knock,knock) ne ways any help will be real appreciated !

sorry guys cant beleive i forgot to post my specs! 99 ext-cab short bed 5.4 L motor 4r70w or how ever that number goes 4x4 3.73 gears true duals.thanx guys .
