He said he'd send the pipes for an extra $10. Do I want ones from a 7.3L or 6.0L
What size are the boots that I will need?
Tell him you would like 2 driver side and one passenger side pipe from a 7.3 Thats all I needed to build my pipes. As well as boots and clamps if he has them.
Chris posted 2 resources in the post above. It's not a 2 hr project for our trucks. You have to cut and modify the core support. Fab supports, and nobody but banks, GTS, and Hypermax make tubes. Most just buy stock superduty 7.3 pipes and modify them. Have a look in my gallery, I have a play by play with pics. That should give you an idea of whats involved. It took me 3 days.

Did you look at the info on Piers site? It says you only cut one tab and no big holes in the core support. I wonder if the piping goes around the core support and outside the frame rails like the old garrett systems? It does look like the boot on the passenger side is headed in that direction.
