Front end rattle

There is rattling going on in my front end the source of which has evaded me. It's not a hard knocking noise and its not very loud. I live on a dirt road that can be rough at times and am concerened that something is coming loose. Anyone have any ideas? Things I can be pointed to to check out?

Brake pads loose in the caliper will rattle. If you touch the brake does it go away?

Also could be a loose shock. Pretty common occurence.

If you have a 4x4 it could be your ball joints.

You might look at your shock bushings, they tend to wear out and rattle like crazy.

If you're 4 wheel drive, check the track arm bushings.

Yes, I have a 4-wheel drive. Thats what I was looking for. some common parts to check. Have not noticed that it goes away when braking, but will make sure. Thanks for the help and ill be gettin under the truck to check those pretty soon.
