so today, I went to the local pull and save and I got a bed for $115 bucks, two dents on the outside, the paint is fantastic but it will do, there is only surface rust in the inside which I sanded off simply, so I have got it bolted down. I got a new Bezel, some used weatherstripping, thats better than my horrible weatherstrip.
now I just need to figure out why running lights work, my left blinker works, but my brake lights dont, nor does my right blinker work on the back so it relatively sucks dislike electrical lol, and next week the junkyard is going to install a new rear window for 90 bucks, then i'll probably primer it and be good but I was really excited to get this nice of a bed for $115 it made me way happy and excited thought you guys would get a kick out of it
Good bargain mate, glad you got it installed ok.......hope you get the Electrical Gremlins sorted out soon ..........damned electrical problems is what I dislike foolin' with the most
Electrical is easy start from were it works and work your way back to were it don't. Its usually bad connection or cut wire! I love doing the electrical stuff
