50,000 mile warranty on the Silent Armors.

Goodyear considers them bald at 2/32", they pro rate the tires if you don't make it to 50,000 miles.

I should make over 50,000miles....closer to/slightly over 60,000 if they continue to wear at their current rate.

Do they come in that size in an E rating?

I had to pay for what I needed. I had a blowout away from home. I didn't want another on the way home and no spare which would add up to tow bill.

Yep, my 325/60R18 Pro Grades are Load Range E, 3525lbs per tire.

I tow heavy, haul heavy, and now plow with a heavy plow.....Load Range E with a high weight ratings is a must for me.

Nice DC. I am sure they are coming down in price a bit. Pays when you can shop around instead of needing right then. Deals can be had.

I'm tempted to lift it a little and try and fit some 325/65R18s.....as a few companies offer that size in a Load Range E, 3860lbs per tire.

But then I'd have to get a larger spare as they are 35" tall.

JD, I am currently running the Firestone Destination AT's in a 305 and they have been good tires with good wear. Ran the Nitto's last set and only got 46k out of them.

Tirerack shows the Silent Armors in 285/75/16 for $189.00 per tire. I will probably be getting these when it's time for me to replace mine. Another tire that i've looked into is the Hankook Dynapro A/T but I have not found too much info on them yet although I hear it is a good tire.

on my last set of BFG KO's i had about 54k on them, i now have the nitto all terrains, and wont get but maybe 40k on them. but out the door of discount for $800 flat with lifetime road hazard warranty, and free rotation and balance im not complaining. i have been hauling about 12-13k a couple times a week here recently so thats no to shabby.

Good, not as good as the Silent Armor though.....IMO

I've ran AT/S, GS-A and Silent Armors on trucks in the past......GS-As SUCK.

I see, well the SIlent Armors are not bad priced on tire rack but the Firestones are just a few dollars cheaper then the price I got at the discount tire store. It was only 50 dollars cheaper then the price of what I got mounted and balananced, I will call them tomorrow and get a price on the Silent Armor all Terrains.
