Need to raise my front end and stiffen it by adding one leaf to my leafpack. Anyone have matching leafs that they removed when they lowered their truck that they want to part with? PM me!!
Havi, I guess I should worded my first post differently. It rides fine, no scraping, no speed bump problems and really don't want to raise it or change the stance. My concern is the conditions of our roads, they need repaving badly. It's not always, but some sections of road seem to give my truck a beating and I get nervous when I see rough highway up ahead. It's definitely not your Cadillac ride... LOL.. I'm thinking if I add a leaf, it might make the ride absorb the rough roads better without sacrificing the stance much. I can always take the leaf back out if it doesn't help, that's the nice part of it. I can still go up a half inch on the front end which is about the lift I'll get by adding a leaf. My other thought was going with stiffer shocks, although my shocks seem fine. I know they aren't going to repave the highways soon, so I'm looking at alternatives with the truck before I beat the heck out of the suspension.
