exhaust back pressure sensor?

Where is the exhaust back pressure sensor? i heard if you clean it it helps power issues? what do i have to be careful with when doing this? Does anyone have any pics of it? Thanks! 2001 7.3 ltr

If you use a crow's foot, make sure you use a little piece of tape to secure it to the extension.

I bought a 1" open end/box wrench at the Flea Market for $2.00
Cut it in half. . Tried to use it long but I would hit the radiator.
After i cut it. It worked super.
