Well I finally got the DP tuner coming. Just to bad this has to be the week Jody & Diane are going on vacation. Now I just get to sit back and wait it out till they get back.

I don't get tired reading permagrin stories... 
I've been using the high idle tune lately for these cold mornings we have been having. It's real nice to get the truck warmed up faster.

Those are the tune I am thinking about asking Jody for when he returns form vacation. It had No start - stock - 40 tow - 80 econo - 120 race
also have some test tunes that Jody threw in, 40-80-120 with different trans tunes.

I,m on my second tankfull in less than 4 days, to much fun. These guys were right, 80 econo blows away the 120 SC by a longshot. I told him some important shift caracteristics that i wanted and told him to work his magic, it worked...

Awesome to hear another Permagrin story, the great thing about the F6 is you can now find some F5s for cheap now and save some fuel money. Mike I am glad to hear your still enjoying your permagrin 
I was playing around with my 140 last night on some big straights after comming home from the Go Cart races. The only thing better was I filled up to the tune of 3.72/gal and I got 18.3 MPG.

Wait until you get that VB installed Mike.....then you'll REALLY like the shifting! If you go with JWVB you won't have to re-burn the DP fyi

Just a recommendation but have him place the decel tune in between the tow and 80E. Those are the two tunes I use 99% of the time, single click to access makes it nice. Came down some canyon passes last weekend, I think the decel worked alright, was hoping for a little more braking power out of it. I would still get it though if I were doing it again.

I was telling Jody that the reason i got the SC is to firm up the shifts. Stock shifting was horrible, towing a trailer down to VA. it was in and out, winding out between shifts, wasting fuel exct..I told him i like the firm shifts but not banging. Like ZX-250(Barry) said, write down all your concerns and questions for Jody or Diane this way you don't forget anything. Good luck.
