congrats on the tunes...i think 1300 would be a little too high for the high idle..1100 is all you need..thats just enouph to keep the a/c, alt, coolant and oil psi up to where it needs to be..thats where mine is set and it works just right...
I run a 15000 winch on my gooseneck trailer. So I guessed that would be a little bit better. I want to keep my batteries charged good while I run it, I had low volts on electric motors.
Hey Randy, the chip is out and will be on its way to Jody tomorrow. Enjoyed talking to you. Now my truck will be down until the F6 gets here. No since in putting the pcm back in unless I have to drive it. The hoopty will get me around till then.
After removing my other off brand and putting this in. I can tell other was stated to be a 100hp on high, but it maybe a hair more or the same as my 60t.
I love all the tunes I choose , but would think the decel could use some mods to the way it works, as in when I set my foot on the go pedel it should open the ebv and free roll. Then it would be more like a Blue Ox exhaust brake

Randy, I haven't yet had the opportunity to use my decel and wanted to ask how you work it. When you are getting ready for a downgrade do you just select the decel tune and let it ride? Also, can you use the service brakes in conjunction with the decel tune? And, finally, can you give it throttle while it is in the decel tune? I just have not made it up to the mountain and am curious. Thanks much.
