What about having springs made for your application? National Spring is one company that comes to mind, or you could try aftermarket replacement springs made by suspension companies such as Superlift, Skyjacker, Tuff Country, etc. I'm sure they have the springs you need. Could you let me know if and when you have sucessfully adapted 3/4 ton spindles and such onto the 1/2 ton axles? E-mail address is mrlaserboy(No Email Addresses In Posts!).
there is a post in here way back in april or may about a guy who did the 3/4 ton swap to ttb axle. i think he actually used gm and ford parts. sorry i don't have exact info. i'll try to find it this weekend.
