thanks Kwik, I will get after it tomorrow, Hey if I remember your up in WA right?
I know you have been on this site for many years. I sure hope its just a wiring issue.. thanks again
Pocket was first to the right answer.
Pull your valve covers and fix the loose connections.
Do you have to replace the valve cover gasket most of the time when you pull these. I have been thinking about taking mine off checking connections. I am trying to get all these type things checked as next summer I am taking a 10,000 mile trip to Deadhorse, Alaska.

While you have the VCs off you may want to install these. LINK
Also check the torque on the rocker pedastels and injector hold downs.
Injector Hold-Down Bolts.....120 in/lbs
Rocker Arm Pedastals...................... 20 ft/lbs
The VC gaskets arent that expansive and probably worht changing anyway... Just my .02
I also herd somewhere that if you don't follow procedure to the T that spring in the top will leave! And keep going... Unless it gets stopped by a solid object... Like a head or body...
Ok, Big Thanks to POCKET AND KWIKKORDEAD, You guys were right on the money,
Found the UVC Harness was pulling down on one side, this caused the engine light and a code tha reads: ( HIGH TO LOW SIDE OPEN INJECTOR #7 & 8 )
for the time being I just pushed it up and worked on the clip that holds it in place, If I had know about the UVC Harness retainer clip Part #2C3Z-14A163-AB I would have bought some and replaced it at the same time today.. Oh well theres another day.
and to POWERSTROKEDLARIAT the code was P1316 IDM
Once again thanks to all who helped out..
Very true pocket, i will go to the dealer tomorrow and see if the have any clips,
it really didnt take long to get to the valve cover. and I know the drivers side is easy to get to.

They are designed to be reusable. Mine had to go because the glow plug wire was rubbing on a pushrod and it burned the connector inside the plug.

You're welcome.
If they don't have any tabs, some guys trim down a quarter and it works as a retainer.
There is nothing special about it.
Just bolts that need to be retorqued.
Four of them per rocker pedastal.
And the one at the bottom of the injectors that torques down the injector retainer.
