Weathertech Floor Mats

Weathertech Floor Mats
I just got a full set of weather tech floor mats as well as 2nd row back cargo mat. I am wondering if anyone else has these. The 2nd and 3rd row seem to be an akward fit. does anybody else think that. If you have them could you post a pic. Just wanting to make sure the place I purchased them from provided me the right product.

I have the front mats only. They fit OK, but not great. I will say they are terrific mats. Never get stiff even in the coldest temps, and hold a ton of water from snow melting off shoes. They're actually made down the road from me in Downers Grove, IL (suburban Chicago).
I've been thinking of getting the second row and cargo area mats. Based on your post, I'm not clear which mats are giving you trouble. How's the fit for the cargo area? Or do you have the third row mats?

I have the driver and passenger which I think fit pretty good. the second row are just a bit too wide in my opinion. I didnt get the third row as i hardly ever have that seat in. I get my cargo liner tomorrow which goes from the back of the truck to behind the 2nd row of seats. I am constantly hauling stuff and have my dog carrier in my car every day as my two terriers go to work with me on a daily basis. i will get some pics posted tomorrow.

I have Highlands, which are a cheaper off brand but the same product, up front. Do you have the rubberized ones or the floor liners?
I have nifty catchalls in the back of my crew cab, they don't lay perfectly because of the molding, but they aren't bad. New floormats generally take a few days to warm up and relax.

I have the weathertech mats also. The drivers side and front passenger fit great. Second and third row fit "ok" not the best. Had to do some mods to the mats. I also have the cargo mat. Cargo fits without any problem.
When you pay that much money for all the mats you would have thought they would fit a little better in the second/thirf rows.

I just bought a couple sets of heavy rubber tan mats from Costco. Between the two sets I was able to cover the three rows of seating. They don't cover perfectly, but do very well. I paid $20 per set. $40 sure beat the heck out of $150-$250 for the custom fit ones (that aren't always so custom). I used the driver and passenger mats from one set to cover the second row by turning them sideways (you'd be surprised how well they worked). I used three of the four small mats to go across the third row. The fourth small mat went on the center hump in the front. And of course the driver and passenger mats from the second set went in their place. I was very pleased. They are the deep groove rubber ones and hold the dirt and water really well.

Had a few sets of weathertech mats in a couple cars and the product was although heavy, the wear was unimpressive to me. The black ones hold up actually quite well, but I had 2 sets in beige and all the beige ones had a hole worn in the drivers mat in under 20,000 miles of use.
I had also called MacNeil Industries ( maker of weathertech products) about the wear, and the customer service department was absolutely the pits. They would not stand behind their product at all, and even though I could document purchase date and mileage travelled.
I am in an automotive service industry also and met up later on with weathertech reps at a trade show . They were the still the pits and said once you buy them, there is no adjustment for premature wear, and just buy some more.
I have since found better for way less than they charge.
