egr problem

I have a 98 e-350 with two trouble codes. P0401 egr flow insufficient, and P0402 egr flow excessive. have cleared codes and these always come back at the same time. have changed egr valve, egr control, dpfe sensor and lines, pcm. any ideas?

Weird that you would get both of those codes, it's BOTH too much AND too little?

Check the DPFE plumbing. Maybe the little rubber hose has a crack in it?

You mean you replaced the DPFE and the new one was bad as well?
