Master Cylinder question

I recently did a disc brake conversion from all drum to all disc. I redid all the lines and purchased a GM Master cylinder. The one with large reservoir bowls for the front and rear. The front disc work great, the rears seem to not have enough pressure to push the pads to the disc. Lines are bled fine. I heard that the MC for disc and drum have a small seal or something that can be removed at the MC if your using rear disc? Anyone familiar with this? I believe the MC I bought may be for a disc drum application.

Did you change out your proportioning valve as well? You will need to replace that with an adjustable one, as the disk brakes require a lot more pressure than the drums.
