Carrier is the same.

When going through the effort, I'd go aftermarket....or at least shim up the factory LSD to make it tighter (clutches wear faster though).

Isn't "Posi" and GM term??

I know some guys who have shimmed the stock LSD pretty tight and it works well, over time it gradually doesn't work as well as the clutches wear. Then you can rebuild it again when it is no longer acceptable.

Lots of guys like the Trutrac for a LSD.

If you need a locker, Detroit or ARB.

I run ARBs front and rear.
