1. The front swaybar links/swaybar hit the TTB axle... is this normal?
2. The pass. side door has a little play in hindges but when I go over bumps, potholes, etc., the door bounches up and down alot. Check the bolts on the hindges and they are tight. Nothing is loose inside the door since I had the panel off yesterday.
3. Can't seem to get my hood aligned. Hood came off a 93 F150. On the driver side, it over hangs on the headlight bezel/grill. Passenger side is ok but I have uneven gaps between the fenders and hood.
I re-checked the hinges today and there worn from the last time I checked. I re-adjusted the latches on the cab on both sides and the passenger side door doesn't bounce around.
I was looking at the hinges and it looks like the door pins can't be replace. The end of the door pin seems like it was pressed and can't be replaced.
