Sat nite cruise.
Since winter isn`t really that far away any more and that this just might be one of the last few good weather weekends Eric and I went for a cruise where we met up with the Team Dearborn car club of Saskatoon.
Tonite was pretty much a dead scene for any old car activity, still nice to take the 67 Mustang out. It`s been about August 24 since I had it out last.

Good cruise night show in the Peg, tonight at the Grant Park Shopping Centre. It will be the last one till May/09. There must of been a couple hundred + cars, including rods, customs, vintage restored, restored musclecars, British sports cars, trucks, etc.
Earlier in the day, my wife and I went out in the big Buick, to the Whiteshell Provincial Park to check out the fall foliage. Whiteshell is about 90 miles east of wpg., by the Ontario Border, in Canadian Shield country.
Leaves were wonderful, roads are not in great shape in the Whiteshell, but there are miles of winding roads. The Buick is no sportscar, but surprisingly handles well through corner after corner. I enjoyed it, my wife...she tolerates my ' LeMans' driving.
There were a few vintage British sports cars (Triumphs, MG's, Jag) and some touring motorcycles out for spin in the Whiteshell, taking in the beautiful colours and enjoying...stretching their vehicles on the winding roads.
It was a good day.
