Do you have a stock IC or aftermarket unit?
Edit: never mind, I think I saw you have a 6.0 IC. If you have a suspected boost leak or even a better IC, the PSI will be lower but the charge will be better/cooler, unless there is a boost leak in which case you need to repair it. You can make more power with a cooler air charge at a lower PSI than one at a higher PSI and air temp. Simple physics unless there is a boost leak.
