Do I have the wrong dipstick?

I saw a thread on rv.net about V-10 motorhomes having the wrong dipstick for the engine oil. I asked about my Excursion, but did not get an answer.

I have have an '01 Excursion V-10 with a T-handle oil dipstick.

Should I have the round handle?

Only the vans had that problem, IIRC. They use a different dipstick than the Excursion/Super Duty V10's.
