Evening So. Cal. Been busy with life and work. Poor trucks been sitting and not much work being done. I took her out last Friday for a quick in town trip to go get some steaks, fill the water bottles, and get a bit of gas. It was amazing how nice it was to just cruise around in the ol truck! Having some fuel issues I think, but just trying to find time when it's not over 100 out here to work on it.

I bet it's not 100 right now. LOL I wish I had a nice garage to work in at home. I'd be in it working now. It's a perfect weather to work right now by comparison to during the day.
Fuel issue, swap in a new electric pump, regulator and put some new jets in and you should be good. Oh put a filter in there, does the carb have a screen on the inlet?

I haven't even looked to see what kind of pump is in there, or if there is even a filter on it. The carb is a 4 barrel Holley, not sure if it has a screen. If it does i'll check it for blockage. That's kinda the bad thing about my truck not being a daily driver, when something is wrong with it, its not a big deal if you don't look at it for a while.

Damn legislature just doesn't get it.
My neighbor's company just layed-him-off after 28 years. They're taking the company to Indiana, where it's friendlier to the printing industry.
We're going to be a real "green" state, except the greenery won't be money......

I've been looking , but just about everywhere I look there's a hiring freeze.
I don't think that I like this "change" much personally.

I dont know how some of u guys can live out there by 29 palms, really blows my mind. oh well, certainly not the first thing i dont understand. its been a long while since ive posted and here on the first, theyll pull the landing gear up and ill be on my way to afgan, ooh-rah! take care all you guys.
