I dont condone steeling....
I will probably wind up welding the rear...
The front will eventually get a locker, but that will happen with a gear swap and sas...

my experiance

My 83 bronco is open diff right now but will soon have an Aussie locker in the rear diff (only 259.00) I don't claim to know more than the next guy but having lived in Montana my entire life and having owned about 10 different 4 wheel drives in my lifetime I can tell u that once u get used to a non-selectable locker (I've been in and owned lockers in different vehicles) they are awsome, but I would only run one in the rear diff unless the outfit is off road only not a daily driver. Now if I had more money I would run selectable lockers front and rear. As far as general info for the rookie 4-wheeler I would ask him/her what type of terrain they would mostly be on as well as where they live. But the very first thing I would suggest is if they already own a 4-wheel drive to go out and do some light 4byin' nothing like experience.

yup, i agree with that... Nothing like expierence, you could have the best rig ever built, but if you dont know how to wheel it, it might as well be a bone stock ranger...
