Steve when you said HOWDY it made me think about my tour at camp Pendleton in the 70's, the girls had a heyday with our slang like Grits and Biscuits. I reckon it has changed in almost 40 years.

I don't know - they probably still have fun with the grunts down in Oceanside, Escondido, and all those other places that can frequent when they get a little time off.
