If aint mistaked when that motor gave up the ghost it was some off brand oil that you can get at Wal-Mart!!!
So it's all in the fault of the oil?
I could literally feel it coming so i decided not to WASTE $100 of Schaeffers. Once the new motor goes back in, it will get broken in on rotella the first 1000 miles, then Schaeffers 7000 and then 9000...
Its like getting lucky enough to be a pair of panties of a really hot supermodel, being schaeffers oil and getting to be inside a nice built engine with coated bearings
Mike it doesnt have the sagazz look. The springs have phagged a little bit and it now sits about an inch low from level in the front...
Myself, I have been running Super Tech, but I have some Schaefers from a friend that I am getting ready to try. ( I surely hope nobody believes my Super Tech posts, though I am running it in the wife's F150), I will be switching from Rotella syn to Shaeffers shortly. Too bad I have a complete change of Delo 400 standing by too. That may get used someday.
