Ignition stuck

Ignition stuck
My ignition is stuck in the ON position in my truck lucky that it happened when I got home. The past few weeks on and off it has been hard to turn the key to the off position. When it was stuck on the on position I popped the hood and had to pull the wire off the injection pump to shut it off. I pulled the ignition cylinder out and that works fine its what the cylinder goes into that's jammed anybody know what this part is called? or is there a way to unjam it?

No it does not have tilt how hard was it to replace?

not very hard the hardest part is getting the broke piece out of the collum shouldn't be to tuff with out tilt. pull steering wheel turn signal switch drop steering collum down you should be abel to see the actuator
