No the 6.0 doesn't have an EGT sensor. You will have to get an aftermarket. If you value your truck steer clear of Edge. Get a SCT Xcal2 or Xcal3 tuner. If you like the look of the Edge you can get a DashHawk with an EGT probe for about $400. I work with a guy who talked highly of his Edge in his 6.0. His motor just blew up last week.
Im not looking to make power, and I also know about all the 6.0L issues with tuners.
If I did use a tune I would only be using the Econ mode. Just looking or something that I monitor all PIDS without being limited to only a select few if I went with gagues.
You'll have to drill and tap one of the exhaust manifolds to get EGT temps. There's nothing in the PCM/ECM to read them, so the Banks won't matter there.
FWIW......you can get a LOT better electronics than the banks for a LOT less money.

Then go with the MSD DashHawk. It monitors everything that the OBD port will allow it. Oil temp, Trans temp, Boost, Coolant temp, Intake air temp, voltage, and a lot more. An add on EGT probe is also available. Total cost with the EGT probe puts you right at $400, which is a lot cheaper than it would cost you to get each of those individual gauges.
