strobes in mirrors?

ok, mirrors are out. What's another good place for some strobe heads? I have 2 in the rear brake lense, 2 in the backup lense, 2 in the front lights. I have 2 more to use. I don't think I need 2 more in the front since I have 4 other red/white led lights in the grill. I was thinking of putting 2 in the cargo light housing but read they'd get too hot and melt the lense in there. Darn mirrors would have been a perfect place!

You should be able to install strobes in the cargo lights. I did on my '03 without issue.
You'll want to use a thin strobe cable and may have to enlarge the opening a bit to get the tubes to fit.
