There is no pcv valve on these. There is a CCV crankcase ventilation conection on the drivers side valve cover that is connected to the intake pipe.

Welcome to FTE!

Why do you ask? Are you having problems?

When and what color is the smoke. Smoke at startup or when you put a load on it. White smoke or black?

Did you recently acquire this truck? It sounds like it has a chip or maybe some sort of 10k mod. You can look for a chip. Remove the emergency brake assembly (3 1/2" nuts) then remove the kickpanel. If you see a black rubber plug in the back of the aluminum boPCM) that sticks thru the firewall. You don't have a chip. If there is something plugged in there you do. Chipped trucks do smoke more and run better than stock trucks.

He could have a blown injector tip, or a bad injector O-Ring as well neal.

Shoudln't it smoke black if he's dumping all that fuel, not blue?

That is true I am just trying to throw out ideas. And the chip is easier to find than removing VC's etc.

I am also trying to get some history.

If you can tell us all the info possible. How long you had truck, recent maintenance, modifications, air filter/oil changes, ebpv working or unhooked etc.
Just fishing here.
