Yeah, a little here and a little there, it adds up.

Also did a ton of work out here (installing septic tank, sewer lines, water and power lines) that would have cost us a ton to pay someone else to do.

thats exactly what i tell my wife... "if i buy a compact utility tractor with a loader, i'll actually be saving money because i could move the snowbanks and and gravel myself instead of hiring someone!!" she comes up with this...how many years of snow removal will happen with 20g??

Well thats good nothing wrong with saving some $$$ and doing it yourself

You got that right Dustin. I think so far with just the services (thats not counting the tons of caraganas we have cleared, and the site preparation) we have figured we "saved" ourselves 10 grand just by having a backhoe.
