I ran into the same problem a while back and decided to make my own out of metal tubing. I used a pipe bender to form what I needed to run it to each end. For the larger end i slid a 3/4" long piece of metal tubing on the one I formed and soldered it. Can't remember the thinkness the piece I soldered (I played with a couple sizes) on and it doesn't matter if it fits on the tubing tight because its going to be soldered. Just needs to be the proper OD. Than just use rubber hose at each end. I even painted the metal tubing to match the motor so it looks factory. At least to the un-knowing.
