Body Panel Alignment question?

Hello, I will be starting the prosess for paint and have a question about Panel alignment, Is it worth the time to drill those little holes in the hood hinges and fenders to help with alignment?

I am kind of hesitent to do so.

That is a big YES. Not only does it make reassembly easier it also prevents you from messing up your new paint with a misaligned hood or door.
