i just got off the phone with a tech from edge products and they said if there were enough people with v10s to go to there website and go to the testers wanted and filled that out or had a thread i could email to them they would make an programmer for the v10s if they had enough requests. he said it would probably be the evolution programmer with the display so if anyone interested post here and ill email it over
No offense to Edge but why wait. Give us a call. We can generate tunes for years 1999-2008. 2v 3v. You have a choice between X3's or Livewires. Good solid flexible products for today and future vehicles one may own.
do you offer a display to show eot, tranny temp, air intake temp and so forth which is nice especially when towing to be able to see all that without buying extra gauges
i'd be using it for towing and economy.my friend has a 7.3 with the live wire and it works great.he hot rods around.i'm not that concerned with big hp gains like what he gets.5 star send me a pm let me know if you can help me.i tow a 8500lbs travel trailer, and i commute with this truck everyday.thanks.-ed-

Can you do custom tunes without seeing the vehicle?
Meaning; do you have better tunes that is in my Superchips 1715 Microtuner? (I'm sure you do) Do you have custom "canned" tunes that you've made?
While I would love to have a custom tune based on my dyno results, it would be fairly expensive for me to ship my truck to you.

We can generate our custom tunes for the v10 , nothing canned here and email it to you that is if you had an X3 or LW. Honestly have not ran Superchips 1715 . i dont know what they do for drive by wire enhancements since its a torque on demand system. Your right shipping that big V10 would cost a tad bit much; Just pay to ship me over.... might be cheaper

How?

I don't have a drive-by-wire. I have a good ole, metal cable.

Aw man! I just had a contest for a 4 night stay here on the Big Island. They weren't consecutive days nor did they include airfare but the winner got to use my old Army pup tent and sleep in my backyard. Here's a picture of my backyard.
Thats right Excursions still have the cable....... As long as the air flow is still stock a custom cal can be written...If air requirments have changed and MAF needs recalibrated then you would need to it ship over....
by the way nice back yard
Not enough time to know all the details, but I do know that Mike can do a custom tune without ever having seen the rig. I installed one of his tunes on my '08 yesterday. A short test run yesterday and a 35 mile round out to see a customer this morning tell me that my rear tires are not going to last as long. Especially until I quit playing with the new power. Can't wait to tow with it and get some miles to see if there is any mileage increase. I'll post a thread with more details as I learn more.
